Jacqueline's educational achievements at Troy University, where she earned three master's degrees in public health administration, underscore her commitment to excellence.

In 2019, she embarked on a new chapter by joining Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc., fostering bonds of service and sisterhood that have enriched her life and community work. Inspired by her years of service, Jacqueline founded Veterans Umbrella, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting veterans' transition to civilian life and permanent housing.

Beyond her military and community contributions, Jacqueline has embraced her creative spirit through 1st Lady Kreations. This venture allows her to share her passion for design with a wide audience, offering chic and custom creations that celebrate diversity and style.
