Her 20-year career in the military, marked by earning five degrees and becoming the first in her family to graduate, exemplifies her dedication and perseverance. Jacqueline's educational achievements at Troy University, where she earned three master's degrees in public health administration, underscore her commitment to excellence.

In 2019, she embarked on a new chapter by joining Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc., fostering bonds of service and sisterhood that have enriched her life and community work. Inspired by her years of service, Jacqueline founded Veterans Umbrella, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting veterans' transition to civilian life and permanent housing.
